The website and its backups are hosted by Neostrada. Data you leave on the Three Day Monk website is stored on Neostrada’s servers.
2. Bpost
Our books are shipped via Bpost or similar providers such as DHL. To enable this, your name, address, phone number, and email address are stored on the provider’s platform where necessary.
3. Mollie
When you make a payment through our website, your payment details are processed by Mollie, our payment gateway. They only collect the data necessary to complete your payment.
Data Retention Period
Three Day Monk retains your data for a longer period of time, but never longer than necessary to carry out activities, unless we are legally required to keep your data for a longer period.

When you contact Three Day Monk via email, the information you send, such as your name and email address, is stored on our mail server.
2. Orders
Order information is retained for the legally required duration.
3. Analytics
The data collected by Analytics on the website is anonymous, not linked to your name or email address. This data is stored indefinitely within Google Analytics.

No physical copies of your personal data are made. Your data is only managed in the aforementioned systems and software.
The personal data managed by Three Day Monk or the above-mentioned parties is accessible only via the listed software and is protected by password.
All devices that access your data are themselves protected with a password and/or fingerprint. The number of devices that have access to your data is limited to only those necessary.
